Yore Tracks is a unique custom print which showcases the official US Billboard or UK Chart top 10 songs from a specific date in the past. Giving you or your recipient a nostalgic centrepiece which looks great in any home or office. Customize further with your preferred background color, print size and framed or not. Add a personal message to the print for your recipient to make it even more meaningful.
How do I create my own Yore Tracks print?
That’s easy! Simply follow these steps:
1. Specify the date of your special occasion. You’ll see that the list of tracks on the preview changes depending on the country and date you’ve specified.
2. Next, Start by selecting a music chart on our Create page. The available country options at the moment are US and UK, but we’re working very hard to add charts from other countries, so check back regularly.
3. Now, it’s time to customize it. You can do this by selecting your preferred background color and print size. Don’t forget to add a special message or text to your personalized print to make it even more special. You can also choose to add a black frame (optional).
4. Make sure to check the preview of your finished product. Like what you see? Then click 'Add to Bag' to move on to purchase.
What is the quality of your art prints?
We offer museum-quality prints made on thick and durable matte paper. Each is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room.

My discount code or gift card didn’t work. What should I do now?
Here are some ways to help you resolve this issue.
1. Make sure that you’ve entered the discount code or gift card details correctly; that is, without any extra spaces or characters.
2. Check the validity period of your discount code or gift card to make sure that it hasn’t expired.
3. Some discount codes and gift cards cannot be combined. If this is the case, you’ll have to use your other discount codes or gift cards on your next order, as long as the validity period is met.
I’m ordering as a gift. Can you send it to my gift recipient’s address?
Unfortunately, this service is not possible at the moment but we’re working hard to make it available for you as soon as possible, so keep checking this space.
However, we can obviously send it to your address which will allow you to check and wrap accordingly. This is probably the best case scenario for now.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Unframed Yore Tracks prints are delivered in protected poster tubes with caps while framed Yore Tracks will be wrapped in protective packaging.
I’ve already placed my order. Can I still edit details on my print?
Yes, to do this send an email to: info(at)yoretracks.com indicating your order number and the changes you require. Please note that changes are only possible if your order has not been shipped out already. You can check the status of your order by using the Track your order function from your confirmation email, or contact us at info(at)yoretracks.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you received is wrong or damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info(at)yoretracks.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Delivery
If I don’t choose a frame, how will my Yore Tracks be delivered?
Unframed YoreTracks will be delivered in poster tubes with caps to keep them clean and in top condition.
When will I get my order?
Due to Covid-19 deliveries may be effected. Our updated estimates are below, so please bear with us:
USA: 5-7 Business days
Europe: 5-8 Business days
Rest of the world: 8-10 Business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide, so we will ship from the closest location to you.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. this fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, what should I do?
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise - if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! if the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info(at)yoretracks.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: the zip code is the most important part of the address. use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info(at)yoretracks.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
